Return and Refund Policy

At Mucci World, we value your time, creativity, and planning. To help maintain a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our refund policy before booking:

Studio & Class Policies

• No Refunds on Used or Painted Items
  All sales are final on any painted ceramics, artworks, or materials used in-studio. Once you’ve begun a project, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
   
• No Refunds on Classes
  If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, we’re happy to apply your payment as a credit toward another available class or service of equal value. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original class date.
   

• Cancellations require at least 2 days' notice
  For any scheduled party or private event, cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
   
• Emergency exceptions
  If an emergency causes your cancellation, please contact us directly. We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
