1. Shelf Rentals (Lighted Shelving Units)

• Size: 6'6" H x 4' W (Includes 4 glass shelves per unit)
• Total Available: 6 shelves
• Commission: 20% on all sales (used for sales tax and processing)
• Admin Fee: $25 (on-time)
• Taxes and Insurance: Additional monthly fee will apply to cover tax reporting and vendor insurance costs.
• Promotion: Includes vendor promotion on social media.
• Staff: Our team will manage all customer transactions
• Access: Vendors can restock or decorate their space by appointment (after-hours)

Rental Tiers: Full Shelf Unit (All 4 Levels): 

• $135/month (3-month contract)
• $125/month (6-month contract + 15% discount incentive)

2. Wall Rentals (For Hanging Art/Paintings)

• High Visibility Wall Space
• Commission: 20% on all sales
• Admin Fee: $25 (one-time)
• Taxes & Insurance: Additional monthly fee will apply to cover tax reporting and vendor insurance costs
• Includes: Staff management, social promotion, and customer handling.

Rental Tiers:

• Small Wall Section - $55/month
• Medium Wall Section - $75/month
• Full Feature Wall - $125/month

3. Floor Space Rentals (Booth/Table Style)

• Total Available: 2 spaces
• Vendor Responsibility: Must bring own racks, displays, or furniture
• Insurance: Vendor must carry liability insurance with Mucci World listed as additional insured
• Taxes: Additional monthly fee will apply to cover sales tax processing
• Includes:
  • Space to showcase larger items or multiple product categories
  • Social media shout outs
  • Staff-assisted customer sales
• Rental Price: $125/month

Vendor Application: 

• Fill out the form, contact us, or visit in-store to apply. 

Setup Fee & Monthly Rent: 

• Paid via Square payment links — separate links will be sent once approved 
• Full payment is due upon approval. The amount due will be based on the selected term:
  • 3-month contract – 3 months of rent + $25 admin fee + applicable taxes/insurance - 
  • 6-month contract – 6 months of rent (with discount) + $25 admin fee + applicable taxes/insurance 
• Note: All vendors must be approved before participating
